The Soap Du Jour guarantees the quality of it's products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for refund or exchange. Please let us know the reason for the return. Sorry, we are not able to refund shipping and handling fees. Stores that carry our products are not able to accept website returns. |

Only the soap-eeze and toyz-eeze soaps are suitable for children under 3 years of age, princess ponies & car washers are for children over 3 years of age only- these toys may contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard for small children. Never leave small children unattended in a bath. |

Color, size, and scent may very slightly since each soap is hand made in small batches. If you order a gift set we will try to match your set as best we can. Although all of our products are personally tested, we cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur for some skin types. If you experience any type of discomfort, discoloration, or other unpleasant reaction , please discontinue use immediately and let us know so that we may attempt to replace your product by sending you a bar with out the ingredient that you are allergic too. I have very fair ultra-sensitive skin, which is part of the reason why I make these homemade soaps. I would never knowingly sell a soap that I thought would harm anyone's skin. I test each recipe myself, and will gladly take special orders for those who have special skin needs. -J. Martin
